At Five Falls Estate, every guest sleeps in style. With six beautifully designed bedrooms and a loft area with extra beds, the home sleeps up to 18 and was built for comfort from top to bottom. All beds feature luxurious pillow-top mattresses, crisp white linens, and fluffy white duvets—that dreamy, boutique-hotel feel from the moment you check in.
The primary suite is a retreat of its own, featuring a private porch, a two-person soaking tub, and an adjoining sitting room equipped with a coffee maker, microwave, and mini fridge—perfect for slow, peaceful mornings with a hot drink while you watch deer and fox roam in the back yard.
Each bedroom includes a smart TV, and the layout offers the perfect blend of togetherness and privacy. And yes—your pets are welcome too.
With plush bath towels and pool towels included, all you need to bring is your swimsuit and a sense of adventure.

At the center of it all is a custom oversized Bali daybed, built just for Five Falls and glowing with soft LED lights—a dreamy spot to relax with a book, sip frozen drinks, or unwind after a swim. Come nightfall, a massive 25-foot screendrops down over the wall of glass for epic football games, movie marathons, and karaoke nights you’ll never forget.
Fire up the large grill and serve burgers and snacks right to your guests in both swim-up bar seats and adjacent dry bar stools, or dive into a game of pool volleyball while your friends cheer from the wraparound lounge seating.
